TERMS and CONDITIONS
- £50.00 deposit per room is required to confirm the reservation.
- All deposits paid are non refundable but will be held over for a period of six months to enable re-booking.
- In the case of 24hrs notice not given for cancellation, full charge will be made.
- No shows will be charged full rate to the confirmation credit cards.
- All rates are based on two sharing bed and breakfast unless otherwise stated.
- No pets are allowed in the restaurant, although they are allowed in certain parts of the bar.
- All our rooms are NON SMOKING. A cleaning charge will be made for non compliance.
- Any damage or theft will result in a charge being made to the confirmation credit card.
- Check in time is 3.00pm. The latest check in time is 10.00pm unless reception is notified.
- Check Out is by 10.30 am.
- There is limited parking available, but the Bridport Arms cannot guarantee a parking space. There is a pay and display car park at the front of the hotel.
- Telephone calls are charged at 25p per unit.
